03 - Arrange the lamb chops in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 6 minutes, flip, and cook for another 4 to 6 minutes for medium-rare, adjusting time based on thickness and desired doneness.
04 - While the lamb cooks, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in lemon zest and lemon juice. Remove from heat, then add parsley.
05 - Let the lamb chops rest for 3 minutes after cooking. Drizzle with the lemon butter sauce before serving.
