01 - Dissolve strawberry gelatin in 1 cup boiling water. Stir in 1 cup cold water. Pour into shallow dish and refrigerate 1 hour until set.
02 - Repeat process with lemon gelatin: dissolve in 1 cup boiling water, add 1 cup cold water, pour into separate dish, and refrigerate 1 hour until set.
03 - Beat heavy whipping cream in mixing bowl until soft peaks form. Set aside.
04 - Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Gently fold whipped cream into mixture until well combined.
05 - Cut both set strawberry and lemon gelatin into 1/2-inch cubes.
06 - Place spoonful of cream cheese mixture in bottom of each jar. Add layer of strawberry gelatin cubes, diced strawberries, and mini marshmallows.
07 - Add another layer of cream cheese mixture, followed by lemon gelatin cubes, diced pineapple, and more marshmallows.
08 - Top with final spoonful of cream cheese mixture. Chill assembled jars at least 1 hour to set.
09 - Before serving, top each jar with whipped cream, marshmallow bunny candy, and pastel sprinkles.
