01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, diced jalapeños, bacon, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper in medium bowl until fully incorporated.
03 - Unroll puff pastry sheet on lightly floured surface. Spread cheese mixture evenly over pastry, leaving 1/2-inch border along one long edge.
04 - Starting from opposite long side, tightly roll pastry into log. Pinch edge firmly to seal.
05 - Cut log into 1/2-inch thick pinwheels using sharp knife. Arrange cut side up on prepared baking sheet with slight spacing between pieces.
06 - Brush tops lightly with beaten egg.
07 - Bake 15-18 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
08 - Let cool 5 minutes before serving.
