# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • It comes together in under ten minutes but looks like something from a cafe window
  • The contrast between creamy yogurt and crunchy granola never gets old
  • You can prep everything the night before and assemble while the coffee brews
02 -
  • The granola will soften significantly after an hour, so add it right before serving if texture matters to you
  • Room temperature yogurt layers more smoothly than cold straight from the refrigerator
  • These parfaits can be assembled the night before but the granola will lose its crunch completely
03 -
  • Place a paper towel in the bottom of your serving tray to catch any drips from the honey drizzle
  • Warm your honey slightly for 15 seconds in the microwave if it has crystallized
  • Use a small funnel or piping bag for the yogurt layers to keep the glass sides clean
