- Combine flour, instant yeast, sugar, and salt in a large mixing bowl. Add olive oil and lukewark water, mixing until dough forms. Knead on a floured surface for 7-10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Cover and let rise in a warm area for 45-60 minutes until doubled in size.
- Set oven to 450°F. Place pizza stone in oven if using to preheat thoroughly.
- Whisk together tomato passata, tomato paste, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl until well combined.
- Punch down risen dough and transfer to floured surface. Roll or stretch into a 12-inch circle. Transfer to baking tray or pizza peel lined with parchment paper.
- Spread sauce evenly over dough, leaving ½-inch border. Distribute mozzarella and cheddar cheese over sauce. Arrange pepperoni, sausage, bacon, ground beef, red onion, and bell pepper evenly across the top.
- Slide pizza onto oven rack or preheated pizza stone. Bake for 12-15 minutes until crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.
- Allow pizza to cool for 2 minutes before slicing. Serve hot and enjoy.
