01 - Whisk eggs, Parmesan, heavy cream, and black pepper in medium bowl until thoroughly combined. Set aside.
02 - Fry bacon pieces in large skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove with slotted spoon and reserve rendered fat in pan.
03 - Add minced garlic to hot bacon fat and sauté 30 seconds until fragrant. Remove pan from heat.
04 - Prepare ramen according to package directions without seasoning. Drain noodles, reserving 1/4 cup cooking liquid.
05 - Add drained noodles to skillet with garlic and toss thoroughly to coat in bacon fat.
06 - Working off heat, pour egg mixture over noodles while tossing vigorously to form creamy sauce. Add reserved pasta water if too thick.
07 - Stir in crispy bacon pieces. Adjust black pepper to taste.
08 - Plate immediately topped with fresh parsley and additional Parmesan.
