01 - 1 1/2 cups raw whole almonds

→ Spices & Seasonings

02 - 1 tbsp olive oil
03 - 1/2 tsp sea salt
04 - 1/4 tsp smoked paprika or ground cayenne

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a mixing bowl, toss almonds with olive oil, sea salt, and spices until thoroughly coated.
03 - Spread seasoned almonds in an even single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
04 - Roast for 12-15 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown and fragrant.
05 - Remove from oven and let cool completely—the almonds will crisp further during cooling.
06 - Transfer to an airtight container; store at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.
