01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a medium baking dish (approximately 1.5 quarts).
02 - In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, ranch dressing, and Buffalo hot sauce. Stir until smooth.
03 - Fold in the shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese until evenly blended.
04 - Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
05 - Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until the dip is hot and bubbly. Optionally, broil for 2 to 3 minutes to achieve a golden top.
06 - Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly. Sprinkle with green onions and parsley, then serve warm with tortilla chips.
