09 - 2 cloves garlic, finely minced

11 - 1/2 cup warm water

12 - 2 spring onions, thinly sliced

01 - Cook noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain, rinse briefly under cold water, and toss with 1 tbsp sesame oil to prevent sticking. Set aside.
02 - In a medium bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey or maple syrup, toasted sesame oil, sriracha, garlic, and ginger. Gradually add warm water, whisking until smooth and creamy.
